Welcome to Creator Bunker. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Creator Bunker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Creator Bunker provides cloud storage and file management services for content creators and agencies.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate information
You must be at least 16 years old
One person or entity per account
You are responsible for account security

Account Types

Owner: Workspace owners who pay for the subscription
Collaborator: Team members invited to workspaces (no separate subscription required)

4. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Model

€15 per 250GB storage block per month
Storage purchased in 250GB increments
7-day free trial (5GB, 250GB per block on paid plan)

Billing

Charged monthly in advance
Payment via credit card (processed by Stripe)
Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
No refunds for partial months

Storage Limits

You must stay within your purchased storage
Exceeding limits may result in upload restrictions
You can upgrade at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You MAY:

Upload and store your creative content
Share files with team members and clients
Use for commercial purposes

You MAY NOT:

Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Share copyrighted material without permission
Use for malware distribution
Attempt to breach security
Resell or sublicense the service
Abuse or overload our systems

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your uploaded content
You grant us license to store and process your files
You are responsible for your content
You must have rights to upload content

Our Service

Creator Bunker name, logo, and features are our property
You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service

7. Data and Privacy

We encrypt your data
We do not access your file contents
You control sharing permissions

8. Service Availability

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime
Scheduled maintenance with notice
No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Backups

We maintain regular backups
You should maintain your own backups
We are not liable for data loss

9. Termination

By You

Cancel anytime from account settings
Data deleted 30 days after cancellation
No refunds for remaining period

By Us

We may suspend/terminate for Terms violations
We may terminate with 30 days notice
Immediate termination for severe violations

10. Liability and Warranties

Service "As Is"

No warranties of merchantability
No guarantee of specific results
Use at your own risk

Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months
No liability for indirect damages
No liability for data loss

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Creator Bunker against claims arising from:

Your use of the service
Your content
Your violation of these Terms

12. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Belgian law
Disputes resolved in Belgian courts
Informal resolution attempted first

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms
Notice provided 30 days before changes
Continued use constitutes acceptance

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect remainder.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce does not waive rights.

Assignment

You may not assign; we may assign.
